This session will explain how various learning opportunities encouraged teachers to increase student engagement, motivation, and learning beginning with the move to emergency virtual instruction and continuing through the return to in person instruction. This session will describe the successes and struggles of the multi pronged approach for supporting teachers and students. Participants in this session will leave with an understanding of how the lenses of Learning, Teaching, Leading, and Infrastructure help to focus the work of the coach/ITRT as related to the Educational Technology Plan for Virginia.
